Shipping policy
Welcome to JWOFFROAD. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed outside of business hours (10am–5pm PST) will be processed the next business day.
- During sales, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
2. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- Once shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
- Tracking information is provided by the shipping carrier and may take 24 hours to update.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure secure receipt of their package.
3. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
JWOFFROAD is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Packages delivered to the address provided at checkout.
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
4. High-Value & Fraud Prevention Orders
To prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions:
- JWOFFROAD reserves the right to cancel or hold any order flagged as high-risk.
- We may require additional identity verification before shipment.
- Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders.
- Orders shipped to the verified address provided at checkout with confirmed tracking are considered fulfilled.
5. Orders Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package:
- Verify the shipping address entered at checkout.
- Check with household members, neighbors, or property management.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
- Allow 24–48 hours for possible delivery delays.
If the issue remains unresolved, contact us within 3 days of the delivery scan.
Please note:
JWOFFROAD does not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier if necessary.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
- Retain all original packaging.
We will assist with filing a carrier claim. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after the carrier claim has been approved.
7. Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping fees and restocking fees may be deducted from any approved refund.
8. Shipping Delays
JWOFFROAD is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier issues
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Customs processing (if applicable)
- Incorrect addresses
- Events outside of our control
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.
However:
- Filing a chargeback for an order that has been shipped or delivered may be considered fraudulent activity.
- We maintain shipment records, tracking confirmation, and delivery verification for all orders.
- We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks with supporting documentation.
Customers agree to contact us first at JOSH@jwoffroad.com to resolve any issue before initiating a bank dispute.
